Trust:
Trustee & Trust Administration

Appointing the right person to manage your estate plan (trust) in the event of incapacity or death is essential. A reliable trustee ensures your wishes are respected and carried out. If your chosen trustee is unavailable or unwilling to serve, Professional Fiduciaries East Bay is here to step in with expertise and care.

We meticulously review your estate plan, ensuring every detail is honored—from notifying beneficiaries and managing assets to handling taxes and distributing the estate according to your wishes. Our commitment to the Probate Code guarantees that your estate planning efforts are upheld with integrity.

If you're looking for trustworthy management of your trust, let’s talk about how we can help ensure your plans are executed with the care and precision they deserve. We’d love to hear from you.

Trustee Fees

Trustee duties can be complex and time-consuming. If your trust document doesn't specify fees, compensation is negotiable and guided by the California Probate Code and County local rules, ensuring "reasonable compensation" based on your specific circumstances.
