Meet Helen, a seasoned businesswoman, and dedicated California-licensed professional fiduciary. In this new season of life, Helen brings with her over 30 years of experience in the legal arena.

Despite being newly licensed, Helen's journey in business dates back over 50 years. Her unparalleled expertise is fueled by a deep understanding of "getting the job done," and she's now channeling that wealth of experience into her role as the steward of Professional Fiduciary East Bay. Helen is on a mission to provide invaluable assistance to families in need, serving as a neutral party for tasks such as trustee, personal representative, or conservator of an estate. Her ultimate goal is to guide families through the legal process, by offering support and clarity at every step. Her passion for learning and sharing knowledge sets her apart, ensuring that clients benefit not just from her extensive business experience but also from her continuous commitment to growth.

Helen's prior work as a legal document assistant, contract paralegal, tax preparer and teacher has equipped her to act as a trustee, personal representative, or conservator of an estate.  In 2023, Helen achieved a significant milestone by obtaining a Certificate in Professional Fiduciary Management for Trustee from California State University, Fullerton. Helen's educational journey includes a law degree from John F. Kennedy University School of Law, Pleasant Hill, CA, a Paralegal Certificate, and a Bachelor of Arts Degree (Political Science) from California State University Hayward.

As Helen continues to work with clients, she remains steadfast in her principles of integrity, transparency, and organization. With a proven track record and an exciting future ahead, Helen is poised to make an enduring impact in the realm of professional fiduciary services.

  • Trustee of three or more trusts or powers of attorney, or
  • Conservator for two or more individuals, or
  • Executor for two or more probates.
